Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Director in London to lead scheduling and project controls across programmes. You will drive team integration, develop baseline schedules, and mentor a multidisciplinary group within the IPC Team while engaging clients and stakeholders to deliver high-impact infrastructure projects.

You will leverage expertise in Oracle Primavera, MS Project, PowerBI, and related tools to improve predictability, efficiency and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree educated with relevant industry experience.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and project controls.
• Ability to lead workshops and engage clients effectively.
• Proficiency with Primavera, MS Project, PowerBI, Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level planning and scheduling for programmes.
• Manage IPC team integration and collaboration.
• Develop baseline schedules, resource profiles and cost models.
• Provide guidance on best practices and continuous improvement.
