Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Director with deep scheduling and project controls expertise to lead and optimize planning for major programmes in the UK. You will support programme leads with high-level scheduling, baselines, resource profiles and financial models while guiding best practices across the Integrated Program Controls Team.

Expect to drive collaboration with project leaders, manage a high-performing team, and contribute to client engagement, deal negotiations, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing large project controls teams and programmes.
• Background in planning, scheduling, and EVM methods.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage planning/schedule delivery for medium to high complexity projects.
• Provide high-level planning services including baseline schedules and resource profiles.
• Drive integration within IPC and mentor staff in best practices.
