Job summary

BGEN Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the safe, profitable delivery of major E&I and Mechanical projects from tender handover through commissioning and close-out. You will provide strategic leadership to multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects meet contractual, commercial, programme, quality, safety, and governance objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.

You will drive mobilisation, execution, and completion, oversee project profitability and cash flow,

Qualifications

Experience delivering major E&I and Mechanical projects from concept through commissioning and handover.
Experience managing budgets, cash flow, profitability, and risk on large projects.
Strong understanding of E&I and mechanical installation and commissioning.
Experience with NEC, FIDIC, or similar contracts.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project teams across engineering, construction, quality, commissioning, and controls.
Ensure safety, quality, programme delivery, and client satisfaction.
Develop governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks.
Maintain strategic client relationships and governance standards.
