Job summary

Glanua is seeking a Project Director to lead a £50m Anaerobic Digestion facility under turnkey EPC, reporting to the Regional Director of Operations. You will steer multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, while managing key client relationships and delivering on demanding programme, financial and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Demonstrable experience leading large EPC or Design & Build projects.
• Chartered Engineer status.
• NEC4 accreditation.
• SMSTS.
• Experience of major process, energy or utility infrastructure projects.
• Lead a landmark renewable energy project with significant environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Full accountability for project safety, programme, commercial performance and quality.
• Lead the delivery of a £50m Anaerobic Digestion facility under a turnkey EPC contract.
• Provide strategic leadership to engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
• Manage executive-level client relationships and project governance.
• Develop and maintain delivery, risk and resource strategies.
• Ensure effective contract administration and change management.
• Drive project performance, margin protection and cash management.
• Oversee major subcontract and supplier packages.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, utility providers and local authorities.
• Ensure successful commissioning, process performance testing and final handover.
