Job summary

Evolve is seeking a Head of Projects to oversee the delivery of complex managed network solutions. You will lead a delivery team, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope and within budget, while aligning with business objectives.

You will manage objectives, risks and budgets, collaborating with sales, engineering and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes for multi‑site brands.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in programme management within technology, networks or managed services.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong leadership with ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, including engagement with C-suite and external partners.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in delivering value against KPIs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, translating complex programmes into clear messages.
• Recognised programme/project management certification (MSP, Prince2, PMP or Agile PM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a Project Delivery team to foster high performance.
• Oversee delivery of complex network projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Define objectives, deliverables and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Implement structured project management methodologies for efficiency and consistency.
• Identify and mitigate risks; develop contingency plans and communicate them effectively.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and operations to ensure seamless execution.
• Track financial performance and optimise resource allocation across projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for executive reviews.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and drive process improvements.
