Job summary

WSP is seeking a Project Controls Manager (PMCM: Programme Solutions) to lead planning, cost and risk management across major railway and infrastructure projects in the UK. You will work with a multidisciplinary team, driving robust forecasts and governance across the PM&C portfolio.

This hybrid role offers flexible home-working two days per week and opportunities to participate in bid work and business initiatives. A degree in a relevant field and Chartered pathway are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with railway and infrastructure project controls.
• Ability to work in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent attention to detail in reports and data.
• Experience in a consultancy environment with client management skills.
• Experience with Power Query / Power BI preferable.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Controls across railway and infrastructure projects from feasibility to delivery.
• Engage with suppliers, integrating information and monitoring progress.
• Provide technical support on planning and controls and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Support major bids and liaise with clients on upcoming projects.
