AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Controls Consultant to join our Integrated Programme Controls team across London, Birmingham or Manchester. The role focuses on delivering PMO best practice, managing project budgets and cost control for major infrastructure programmes.

You’ll work with clients, stakeholders and digital tools to provide timely reporting and dashboards. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in cost engineering, planning and scheduling, and a formal PMO qualification,

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-disciplinary project environment with client-facing responsibility.
• Strong organisational, coordination and people-management skills.
• Advanced planning and scheduling, cost engineering, change control, risk and opportunity management.
• Experience in a PMO and understanding of PMO functions.
• Experience in project controls on large infrastructure projects; PM qualification preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Quantitative Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Power BI.

Responsabilités

• Establish and maintain cost control and management systems.
• Collect cost data daily and ensure accuracy.
• Operate cost management processes and monitor budgets.
• Foot the project budgets including people, equipment, materials, and subcontract costs.
• Report costs vs budgets and provide cost/value reporting.
• Prepare cost forecasts, cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Deliver data analysis and dashboards using digital tools.
