We have exciting opportunities for Associate Director level Project Controls professionals in London and the South East, with experience in rail, aviation, power, water/utilities, highways or defence.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls for major infrastructure construction projects.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and cost management skills.
• Experience with risk management, change control, and reporting on complex programs.
• Proficient with Prism and Unifier.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project controls services for large, complex mega projects.
• Establish governance, processes, and systems across the project lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional project controls team in a matrix environment.
• Maintain risk register and assess risk components and variations.
• Monitor KPI-driven performance and project finances; manage change control.
• Ensure delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets for clients.
• Interface daily with client to align objectives and delivery.
