Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Project Controls Manager to deliver and lead controls for major infrastructure projects in London and the South East. You will oversee cost, schedule, safety, and performance reporting, ensuring robust governance and data integrity.

Ideal candidates have strong planning and scheduling experience, GRIP framework familiarity, and the ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams and external partners. This role is based in London on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in performing, monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control and analysis.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office applications, with basic engineering/process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver project controls across infrastructure projects in London and the South East.
• Lead the programme controls function for a programme, ensuring accurate cost, schedule, safety, and performance reporting.
• Establish and maintain effective control processes in line with GRIP and programme direction.
• Review new project proposals to develop realistic resource plans.
• Provide day-to-day support to Programme and Project Managers with planning, costs and performance reporting.
• Monitor data input to cost and performance systems to meet standards.
