Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced controls & performance professional to establish baselines for cost and schedule, monitor performance and manage change across complex programmes for Defence, Data Centres and other sectors.

You will lead planning sessions, coordinate a remote cost-management team, and influence contractors to meet timelines and budgets while delivering executive dashboards on time, cost and quality. A SOLE UK National with MoD SC clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience coordinating project controls across lifecycle phases.
• Ability to derive corrective actions from data and facts.
• Strong command of MS Office and Primavera P6 for governance and reporting.
• Independent, reliable worker with strong time management and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Establish processes, templates and tools for cost and schedule baselines.
• Monitor performance against baselines, incorporating risk, opportunities and change.
• Lead a remote team of cost managers to achieve a market-tested cost baseline.
• Influence the general contractor to align with schedule and cash flow.
• Prepare formal and ad hoc reports focused on time, cost and quality targets.
• Create cost reports and executive dashboards summarising financials.
