Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Project Controls Manager/Engineer to support PMO or Delivery Programmes, ensuring robust controls across cost, schedule, risk and performance reporting. You will coordinate disciplines, engage with supply chain partners and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Controls Engineer or Manager on large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of cost, planning, risk, change and performance management.
• Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience managing stakeholders in matrix organisations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction, PM, Finance, Business or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project controls across cost, schedule, risk and change.
• Produce performance reports, schedules, forecasts and variance analyses.
• Liaise with supply chain and assure quality of controls information.
• Deliver month-end performance reporting and reviews.
• Support Programme Controls Managers with performance insights.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices.
