Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Senior Project Controls Engineer to lead estimating and project controls on the HPC programme in the UK. You will apply established governance and provide timely reporting, ensuring data integrity across the control systems.

With expertise in estimating and project controls, you will coordinate with stakeholders, analyse risks, and mentor the PCM community while supporting programme objectives on a major construction project.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in project management, project controls, engineering or related field.
• Experience in a project management environment with project controls discipline.
• Expert knowledge of estimating tools and techniques for project insight.

Responsibilities

• Lead estimating and reporting across the programme area with timely, accurate outputs.
• Maintain forecast alignment with CBS/WBS and ensure data quality in systems.
• Provide assurance on project controls data and governance across the project.
• Deliver regular reporting cycles with insightful commentary on drivers.
• Train and mentor the team in estimating and project controls practices.
• Collaborate with Tier 1 contractors to assess risks and opportunities.
