Job summary

RTX in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Controller to provide expert scheduling and controls support for the Training Transformation Mission Area Team. You will develop the Integrated Master Schedule, analyze EVM data, and present metrics to drive informed decision-making across joint teams.

This role focuses on earned value, schedule risk, and reporting using Power BI and internal tools, with a hybrid work model and regular on-site presence as required.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in joint or matrixed teams.
• Ability to communicate across military and industry partners.
• A seasoned professional in a Project/Programme Controls environment.
• Knowledge of IMS and EVM integration.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and internal metrics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and ensure alignment to the fiscal calendar.
• Lead schedule development as the programme progresses and support trend analysis.
• Provide programme metrics to the Programme Manager and Control Account Managers.
• Ensure baseline change control has auditable trails and proper governance.
• Generate and analyse EVM data, conduct variance root-cause analysis.
• Perform CPM, schedule risk analysis, BEI analysis as required.
• Collate finance data (ETCs) monthly and support WBS/OBS reporting.
• Support Bid/Proposal schedule scenarios and risk management process.
