Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Project Controller to provide professional project scheduling and controls support within the Enterprise Performance Group. You will develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), analyze Earned Value metrics, and deliver clear visibility of programme health to enable timely decisions.

The role requires strong experience in MS Project, EVM, and data-driven BI reporting, with a hybrid work arrangement in Harlow.

Qualifications

• Seasoned professional in a Project/Programme Controls environment.
• Able to coach lower tier professionals.
• Experience with Microsoft Project EPM 2010/13/16 and Power BI.
• Ability to communicate clearly across all levels of the business.
• Experience with IMS and EVM integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with full resourcing and cost loading.
• Lead and support schedule development as programmes progress.
• Analyse trend data; present programme metrics at review boards and customer meetings.
• Ensure baseline control and auditable change trail for baselines.
• Develop EVM data and perform variance root cause analysis.
• Conduct CP, schedule risk analysis and BEI as required.
• Monthly collation of finance data including ETCs derived from schedule.
• Support WBS/OBS development for reporting cost and schedule.
• Assist Bid/Proposal with schedule impact analyses.
• Support Risk & Opportunity management with risk documentation and mitigation tracking.
• Balance standard tools with customised Power BI reporting for visibility.
