Job summary

Raytheon UK is seeking a Project Controller in Harlow to provide professional project scheduling and controls support for the Enterprise Performance Group. The role focuses on IMS integrity, schedule analysis and earned value metrics to support decision making and programme delivery.

The candidate will lead baseline control, variance analysis and the development of BI reporting across Power BI and other tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams across military and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/schedule controls for complex programmes.
• Proficiency with Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and EVM integration.
• Ability to communicate across military and industry partners.
• SC MoD security clearance or eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with fully linked milestones.
• Lead schedule development and analysis as the programme progresses.
• Provide programme metrics and EVM data to leadership and customers.
• Maintain baseline control with auditable change trails and cost loading.
• Create robust Power BI reports and custom dashboards for programme health.
