Job summary

Babcock International at Rosyth is seeking a Senior Project Controller to lead the Project Controls team within our Advanced Manufacturing Team. You’ll deliver schedules, cost tracking, and governance across complex nuclear projects, enabling on-time delivery and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 in a project planning or project controls environment.
• Understanding of earned value management techniques and rules of credit.
• Experience working across full project lifecycles, from bid through to closeout.
• Experience with integrated scheduling and project structure development (WBS/OBS/RBS/CBS).
• Experience applying forensic planning techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Controls team across multiple workstreams.
• Define, implement and manage project control structures including WBS, OBS, RBS and CBS.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules (Levels 1–4) to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure alignment between key project control tools, including Primavera P6, Cobra and IFS, for accurate schedule, cost and material requirement tracking.
• Provide regular schedule updates, metrics and analysis, including critical path and resource/cost‑loaded forecasts that inform financial and delivery performance.
