Qualifications

• Experience with BIM and information management in infrastructure projects.
• Security clearance eligibility or ability to obtain SC clearance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Project Information Management team.
• Oversee creation and coordination of detailed digital models using BIM tools.
• Manage model federation, clash detection, and 4D simulations.
• Ensure compliance with UK BIM Framework, ISO 19650, COBie and Uniclass.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholder teams for coordination.
