Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Luton is seeking an organised, proactive Project Controller to support planning, monitoring and control of the Combat Air Production IPT portfolio. Hybrid working with minimum 3 days onsite at the Luton office.

The role focuses on project controls data for labour, cost and milestone forecasting, variance reporting and monthly portfolio reporting. Experience with SAP/Primavera is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Practical and demonstrable experience of Project Planning and Control principles
• Experience using Work Breakdown Structure, Network Planning, Resource Planning, Cost Control and Analysis, Variance Reporting
• Proficient on SAP/Primavera or similar planning tool for planning and project management
• Breadth of understanding in all parts of the project lifecycle and experience in Planning and Execution Phases
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders using data and analysis

Responsibilities

• Delivers Project Controls on Projects through consistent processes and governance
• Owns the Project Schedules for Management, Engineering and Operations support
• Applies resource scheduling techniques to optimise schedules
• Provides Project Controls support to bidding and transition to execution
• Performs what-if analysis to support decision making and risk mitigation
• Applies Project Controls metrics and reports to cost and schedule variance
• Contributes to IPT and Business area Project reviews with Project Controls inputs
• Builds good working relationships across projects to influence activities
