Job summary

Experis (Austria) is seeking 3 Project Controllers to join our client in Malvern on a 12-month contract. You will develop and monitor integrated project schedules, manage budgets and forecasts, and produce clear reporting for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

The role requires experience in project controls across complex environments, familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery, and the ability to plan and control performance with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within project controls across complex project environments.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycles and delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Ability to independently plan, monitor and control project performance with minimal supervision.
• Experience producing project schedules, forecasting costs and delivering management reporting.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Active SC Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and monitor integrated project schedules, ensuring resource requirements are accurately reflected and aligned to programme needs.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and cost performance, analysing variances and identifying corrective actions where required.
• Produce meaningful project reporting, providing stakeholders with clear insights into schedule performance, financial position, risks and delivery status.
• Support governance and assurance activities, ensuring project controls processes and standards are applied consistently.
• Collaborate with project and resource management teams to optimise delivery plans and improve overall project performance.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support effective planning, forecasting and decision-making.

Our client within the Defence industry is searching for 3 Project Controllers to join their team in Malvern on an initial 12-Month Assignment.
