Job summary

Greencore, a leading UK convenience foods group, is seeking a Project Planner/PMO Lead to drive the Project Vision transformation. You will own detailed plans, coordinate cross-functional teams and manage capacity and budgeting to ensure timely delivery across multiple sites.

You will engage senior leaders, apply strong programme management standards (PMP/PRINCE2), and lead change control while enabling strategic resource allocation for a complex SAP-based implementation.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead complex programmes and track progress across workstreams.
• Experience with SAP/S4 Hana and end-to-end project delivery.
• Strong governance, RAID management and reporting discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed planning for the transformation project.
• Oversee capacity planning and resource alignment with SLT.
• Manage change control processes across streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams for integrated plans.
• Provide PMO oversight for code change work packages.
