Job summary

Greencore is seeking a SAP Programme Planner for a 6-month contract (Inside IR35). The role benefits from remote working with travel to Leeds/Spalding sites as required, with a daily rate of £700-£800.

You will lead detailed transformation planning, capacity planning, and change control while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing budgets and status reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading programme management: Tracking progress, status reporting, RAID management, team orchestration

Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed planning of the transformation project
• Take responsibility for capacity planning - work with SLT to flag challenges and gaps in terms of resourcing
• Manage all change control processes
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of plans at workstream and central level
• Receive and manage the quality assurance of status updates from key workstreams
• Act as the PMO for the part code change - a critical enabler / pre-work to enable the success of Project Vision
• Define the approach to leading people resourcing throughout the programme, including capacity planning
• Input into the upskilling and capability building activities across the project team
• Drive the management of the project budget and associated reporting

Role: SAP Programme Planner

Contract: 6 months (Inside IR35)

Rate: £700-800 (per day)

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the detailed planning of the transformation project

What we're looking for:

• Proficient in project management processes and associated tools (e.g. Microsoft project, Jira)
• S4 Hana / SAP programme experience
• Practical experience of leading programme management: Tracking progress, status reporting, RAID management, team orchestration
• Understanding of how to run technology implementations
• Strong experience in project planning (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification)
• Expert in capacity planning
• Budget management capability
• Highly organised with the ability to see `the big picture' and a strong focus on outcomes
• Logical, analytical, and multi-tasking
• Strong stakeholder engagement capability, and ability to influence and motivate others
• Must be able to think and plan strategically; yet possess a detail-oriented, pragmatic management approach
• `Big four' consulting experience would be an advantage
