Job summary

Greencore Group is seeking a SAP Programme Planner to lead detailed planning for the Project Vision transformation across multiple sites in the UK. You will own capacity planning, manage change control, and coordinate cross-functional workstreams with senior leaders to ensure integrated plans and budgets.

The role requires strong experience in SAP/S4 Hana projects, PMP/PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, and a proven ability to drive delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience with large-scale transformations.
• Strong SAP/S4 Hana project experience.
• Experience leading programme management: tracking progress, RAID, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the detailed planning of the transformation project.
• Take responsibility for capacity planning – work with SLT to flag resourcing gaps.
• Manage all change control processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of plans.
• Receive and manage QA of status updates from key workstreams.
• Act as the PMO for the code change work – enabling Project Vision.
• Define the approach to leading people resourcing and capacity planning.
• Input into upskilling and capability building across the project team.
• Drive management of the project budget and reporting.
