Job summary

Capita is seeking a Lead PMO Planner to join Capita Public Services – Central Government. You will develop, maintain and assure integrated plans across complex programmes, working with senior stakeholders to enable robust governance and delivery across a large transformation portfolio.

You will champion planning standards, provide guidance to team members, and lead planning workshops as part of a PMO team focused on mature planning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Expert-level planning & scheduling in complex delivery environments.
• Strong MS Project expertise and coaching others to use it effectively.
• Experience managing complex schedules and cross-functional dependencies.
• Excellent stakeholder management across various seniorities.
• Experience defining planning maturity and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and assure integrated plans across complex programmes.
• Support complex programmes and portfolios in managing various levels of plans and schedules.
• Collate, analyse and challenge schedules for helicopter-view reporting.
• Quality assure schedules and coach others in best practice.
