Job summary

GRØ CAREERS in London seeks a Project Architect who already operates at senior level with demonstrated ownership of projects. You will influence design, coordinate consultants, and lead the team through design development, planning and delivery while staying hands-on with architecture.

You should be capable of moving between design, coordination and delivery, and comfortable engaging clients and leadership to drive projects forward on a wide range of typologies.

Qualifications

• Already operating as a genuine Project Architect with independently run projects or major workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects or major workstreams.
• Lead client and consultant coordination.
• Manage programme, information, actions and deliverables.
• Make and defend design decisions.
• Stay hands-on with the architecture and not just management.
• Contribute to concept, planning and design development.
• Carry projects forward as they move into later stages.
