GRØ CAREERS is partnering with a London design-led studio seeking a qualified Architect (ARB registered) with 1-4 years PQE. You’ll join a 40-strong team delivering UK projects at RIBA Stages 1-3, with strong Revit live project experience and clear pathways into design leadership.

Hybrid working and a salary package with a bonus structure await the right candidate. You’ll collaborate closely with directors, take ownership of workstreams, and contribute to high-profile cultural and masterplanning

Qualifications

ARB registered architect with 1-4 years post-qualification experience.
Currently or recently working in a London-based practice.
Exposure to UK scale projects and strong Revit proficiency.
Live project experience is essential; design-led mindset expected.
Right to live and work in the UK without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Work closely with a Director and move projects forward with minimal supervision.
Own project workstreams with genuine autonomy.
Hands-on design exposure across RIBA stages 1–3, starting with concept.
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and internal teams.
Support project running and client-facing outputs as capability grows.
Collaborate with senior leadership in a craft-focused studio.
