GRØ Careers in London is seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead live projects across cultural, hospitality, workplace and residential sectors. You’ll own major workstreams, coordinate consultants and maintain momentum while keeping hands-on design involvement.

You’ll work within a design-led studio with a strong leadership team, offering a clear path to senior leadership and a hybrid working setup that supports high-quality output and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Already operating as a genuine Project Architect.
• Independent running of projects or significant workstreams.
• Confident in leading conversations with clients and consultants.
• Strong front-end design instincts.
• Proficient in Revit and construction documentation.
• Experience in a UK/London practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects or major workstreams.
• Lead client and consultant coordination.
• Manage programme, information, actions and deliverables.
• Make and defend design decisions.
• Stay hands-on with architecture rather than pure management.
• Contribute to concept, planning and design development.
