GRØ CAREERS is partnering with a London studio to recruit a Project Architect / Senior Architect keen to move toward Associate. The role offers genuine ownership of client relationships, design decisions and delivery across large residential schemes.

You will lead packages, mentor teams and work within a collaborative leadership group to grow the practice and shape projects with commercial flair. Location is Central London with a 3:2 office/home-working pattern and a 4:1 rhythm for much of the

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale residential projects.
• Strong client-facing capabilities and ability to influence at senior levels.
• Ability to contribute to strategy, design decisions and project governance.
