Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Project Architect to join a collaborative practice in Greater Manchester. You will lead the detailed design, coordinate with consultants and clients, and drive projects from concept through construction.

The role requires ARB registration, 5+ years UK experience and strong Revit skills. Flexible working, supportive team and clear progression await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' post-qualification experience in the UK.
• ARB registration or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Proven experience taking responsibility for the detailed design and coordination of projects.
• Strong Revit experience.
• Knowledge of BIM Level 2 would be advantageous.
• Good knowledge of NBS and relevant construction standards.
• A thorough understanding of Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and associated legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of architectural projects from concept through detailed design and construction.
• Coordinate architectural information with consultants and wider project teams.
• Produce and review project information using Revit.
• Manage design development and respond to project changes.
• Ensure designs meet relevant standards and legislation.
