Energy Jobline CVL in Northampton is seeking a Project Architect to join a well-established practice delivering logistics, education, hospitality and residential projects across the UK.

You will produce detailed technical drawings in Revit, coordinate design across stages, ensure compliance with building regulations, and collaborate with consultants, contractors and clients to deliver high-quality schemes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Architect within a UK architectural practice.
• Solid knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods and detailing.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Able to balance competing priorities while contributing to a collaborative team.
• ARB registration.

Responsibilities

• Producing detailed technical drawings, specifications and construction information in Revit.
• Leading the technical design and coordination of projects across sectors.
• Collaborating with architects, consultants, contractors and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensuring projects comply with building regulations, planning requirements and industry standards.
• Supporting delivery across RIBA work stages from early design to completion.
• Providing technical guidance and resolving design and construction issues as projects develop.
