We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Technology team, reporting to the Technology Director. This role is crucial in supporting Good Energy's new growth phase following its acquisition by Esyasoft in April 2025.
You'll play a central role in driving key projects and change initiatives across the business, with a direct impact on our accelerated growth and mission. This is a hands-on position where you'll manage a fast-paced, varied portfolio of projects ranging in size, complexity, and technological impact. Some projects will be technology-led, while others will involve senior stakeholders from all over the business, (including but not limited to Operations, Marketing, Sales and Product)
A flexible approach is essential to effectively manage each project, ensuring consistency and maintaining key project disciplines.

What you'll need to succeed
We're seeking a Project Manager skilled in leading complex projects across all business functions, comfortable in working within and across various project environments and methodologies. You will be adept and confident managing external partners, building strong and trusted relationships to achieve the best outcomes. You should be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude, possessing strong communication skills to engage all stakeholders effectively. Be prepared to work on a diverse range of projects, not limited to traditional IT project management. You will also be ready to step in and support small to medium changes within the business, either by getting hands-on or facilitating the change.
