Salary: GBP25000 - GBP27000 per annum

Job Title: Senior Project Administrator
Salary: Up to £27,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Ipswich
Type: Full-time, Office-based with flexible working options

About the Role:
Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Concertus, is looking for a highly organisedand detail-focused Senior Project Administrator to join our Operational team. This is a key role supporting project delivery by managing system records, financial processes, and project reporting to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Work closely with the Operational team to maintain accurate project data and ensure efficient processes.
  • Collaborate across teams to provide timely and accurate information for project delivery.
  • Manage and update the business management database daily with precision.
  • Oversee financial processes including client fee documentation, invoicing, and purchase order management.
  • Assist in producing and analysing project financial reports from start to finish.
  • Review quotes and manage insurance documents from suppliers.
  • Respond professionally and promptly to internal and external queries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Strong literacy and numeracy skills with an analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles.
  • Experience in a similar project or senior administrative role is preferred but not essential.
