SES Engineering Services are recruiting a Senior Project Administrator to join our team in the Northwest, supporting high profile, technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors.

This role focuses on providing comprehensive project administration support, ensuring the effective coordination of project documentation, reporting, and communication across multiple project teams to support successful delivery and maintain high standards of organisation and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams, ensuring project documentation, records, correspondence, and filing systems are accurately maintained and controlled.
• Coordinate project reporting requirements, collating information from operational, commercial, and planning teams to support project reviews and business reporting.
• Manage the distribution, tracking, and control of project documentation, ensuring information is issued, received, and stored in accordance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Support project teams with meeting coordination, minute taking, action tracking, onboarding of project personnel, and the administration of key project processes and systems.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, clients, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information and efficient day-to-day project operations.
