Job summary

SES Engineering Services in Manchester is seeking a Planning Administrator to support our planning team on technically complex mechanical and electrical projects across multiple sectors. You will manage planning documentation for live projects and tenders, and help keep programmes up to date.

Qualifications

• Maintain and administer planning documentation for live projects and tender submissions.
• Support the planning team with programme updates, progress tracking, and planning reports.
• Monitor document control processes, including issuing, tracking, filing and archiving information.
• Collate and maintain project data to support performance reporting.
• Liaise with planners, project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely flow of information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer planning documentation for live projects and tender submissions, ensuring records are accurate and distributed to stakeholders.
• Support programme updates, progress tracking, and preparation of planning reports and project schedules.
• Monitor document control processes including issuing, tracking, filing and archiving planning information.
• Collate project data to support performance reporting and regional business reporting requirements.
• Liaise with planners, project teams and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely information flow and delivery of project administration activities.
