Job summary

SES Engineering Services seeks a Senior Mechanical Engineer for our Northwest team to manage technically complex Mechanical projects. You will lead a team, deliver mechanical packages on site, and coordinate with MEP disciplines to meet safety, quality, time and budget targets across the Northwest region.

Qualifications

• Senior/lead mechanical engineer with strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience delivering complex mechanical projects in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Evidence of mentoring and developing technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical services elements from pre-construction through to completion, including design management, procurement, technical reviews and commissioning.
• Own the mechanical package delivery on site, ensuring works are safe, high quality, on programme and within budget.
• Provide technical leadership and resolve engineering challenges with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Lead, mentor and develop mechanical engineers and project teams to foster collaboration and engineering excellence.
• Ensure integration of mechanical services with wider MEP and construction teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
