Pact is seeking a Senior Programmes and Learning Officer in the United Kingdom. You will coordinate and deliver groupwork programmes to support parenting, strengthen relationships, and improve outcomes for children and families within the prison context.

You will work with prison agencies, manage referrals, and ensure data is accurately recorded while maintaining safeguarding and confidentiality at all times. This is a senior, field-based role requiring strong facilitation and ICT skills.

Formación

• Engaging facilitator with excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Background in working with people with convictions or families under stress is essential; criminal justice experience desirable.
• Adult training credentials or equivalent experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver relationship and parenting courses and one-to-one booklet support.
• Recruit and assess participants, promote courses, and develop learning materials for women.
• Build partnerships with prison agencies to ensure smooth programme delivery and effective referrals.
• Support peer learning and progression to Level 2 IAG with NCFE.
• Record outcomes accurately and provide monthly service updates.
• Uphold safeguarding, data security, and confidentiality requirements.
