Job summary

Prison Advice and Care Trust (PACT) seeks a Senior Programmes and Learning Officer to coordinate and deliver high‑quality groupwork for women impacted by imprisonment. You will run relationship and parenting courses, one-to-one support, and contribute to new materials within a safeguarding framework.

You will engage with partners across the estate, track outcomes, and ensure data accuracy while maintaining a safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation and communication abilities for delivering groupwork.
• Experience using ICT for data capture and outcomes recording.
• Background working with people with convictions or in criminal justice settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver relationship and parenting courses and one-to-one booklet support, keeping materials and data up to date.
• Recruit and assess participants, promote courses, and assist in developing new content for women.
• Collaborate with prison agencies and colleagues to ensure smooth programme delivery and referral processes.
• Support peer learning initiatives and progress towards Level 2 IAG with NCFE.
• Record and report outcomes, attend meetings, and provide performance updates.
