Job summary

Savills is seeking an Associate Director, Programme Management to lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of high-profile transformation programmes that create measurable business value for clients across the UK and EMEA.

You will advise senior stakeholders, shape governance and delivery frameworks, and contribute to business development by winning new work and expanding advisory services within a collaborative PMO team.

Qualifications

Proven track record leading complex transformation programmes or real estate projects.
Strong stakeholder management skills with executive-level engagement.
Ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
Experience shaping governance, operating models and delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities
