We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Programme Management to lead the design, mobilisation and delivery of high-profile transformation programmes that create measurable business value for our clients. Working at the intersection of strategy, delivery and consulting, you will advise senior stakeholders, shape innovative solutions and establish the governance, operating models and delivery frameworks needed to turn ambitious visions into successful outcomes. This is a highly visible role that combines programme leadership with business development. You will contribute to winning new work through compelling proposals and tender responses, build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities to expand our advisory services. The successful candidate will bring a strong track record of leading complex transformation or real estate programmes, exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to inspire multidisciplinary teams in fast‑paced environments.
