Job summary

SGN is seeking a PMO Manager to establish and lead the Programme Management Office for a major property transformation programme in the UK. The role involves governance, robust planning, financial oversight and executive reporting across property, technology, cyber security and organisational change initiatives.

You will partner with senior stakeholders to drive programme performance, manage dependencies and ensure successful delivery within a regulated infrastructure context.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading PMOs for major transformation or capital programmes.
• Experience with governance, planning, controls and executive reporting.
• Strong financial management and forecast skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the Programme Management Office for the transformation programme.
• Provide governance, controls, integrated planning and executive reporting.
• Coordinate property, technology, cyber security and change initiatives.
• Monitor performance, financial controls and benefits realisation.
• Lead assurance activities and ensure compliance with governance standards.
