TSA Riley Infrastructure is seeking an experienced Programme Performance Associate to act as the South lead and drive performance strategies across major infrastructure projects. You will lead regional teams, foster strong client relationships, and champion best practice across all teams.

The role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and commercial awareness to deliver exceptional client outcomes across the UK, Canada and Australia markets.

Qualifications

• Chartered status or working towards it; degree level.
• Experience with programme/project controls on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Understanding of baseline development and Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development of programme performance strategies and processes.
• Build and maintain client relationships with a focus on best-in-class service.
• Lead and grow regional programme performance teams and manage recruitment.
