Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure in the South of the UK is seeking an experienced Programme Performance Associate to lead regional performance strategies across major infrastructure projects, driving quality insights, forecasts, and opportunity analysis. You will build and grow regional teams and foster strong client relationships, championing best practice in planning, risk, and data analytics.

Qualifications

• Member of a relevant professional body with chartered status (or working towards this) and/or educated to degree level.
• Experience of programme/project controls on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of programme performance elements including scope, cost, planning, risk, benefits, data and performance management.
• Experience of baseline development and Earned Value Management processes.
• Experience applying performance measurement techniques to programmes (KPIs, milestones).
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, Acumen and MS Power BI.
• Experience on UK infrastructure projects and baseline management.
• Experience with NEC contracts and change control environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional development of programme performance strategies and processes aligned to client and project requirements.
• Build and maintain long lasting client relationships, delivering best in class service while upholding core values.
• Be an industry leader in Programme Performance, Planning, Risk and Data Analytics and Reporting.
• Lead and grow regional programme performance teams, including line management and career development.
• Integrate planning, commercial, engineering and risk teams to develop processes and performance measures.
• Assure project baselines (scope, schedule, estimates and risk) at various lifecycle stages.
• Work with data analysts to develop forward-looking performance metrics and dashboards (Power BI).
• Identify trends and opportunities for efficiencies using benchmarking data and tools like Nodes & Links and nPlan.
• Communicate programme performance to stakeholders at all levels and tailor messaging.
• Work within or lead multi-disciplinary project controls teams to drive proactive actions.
