Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure is seeking a Programme Performance Associate to be the South lead, driving performance strategies for major infrastructure projects in the region. You will lead regional teams, foster client relationships, and champion best practice with a strong leadership and commercial mindset.

The successful candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership to deliver accurate schedules, reporting, and insights across projects, while coaching teams to excel in a

Qualifications

• Member of a relevant professional body with chartered status (or working towards this).
• Experience of programme/project controls on large multidisciplinary projects.
• Strong understanding of programme performance elements including scope, change, cost, planning, risk and data.
• Knowledge of baseline development and Earned Value Management.
• Experience applying performance measurement techniques (KPIs, milestones).
• Working knowledge of Primavera P6, Acumen and MS Power BI.
• Experience on UK infrastructure projects and NEC contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional development of performance strategies aligned to client needs.
• Grow and coach regional programme performance teams.
• Collaborate with planning, commercial, engineering and risk teams.
• Ensure baseline integrity across project lifecycles.
• Develop forward-looking performance metrics and dashboards (Power BI).
• Communicate programme performance to stakeholders at all levels.
