TSA Riley Infrastructure is seeking a senior leader to build client relationships and shape a targeted growth strategy for new routes to market. Based in London, Manchester or Birmingham, you will drive sustained growth through robust programme delivery across Energy, Defence, Water and Transport sectors.

You will provide executive oversight of complex commissions, recruit and mentor PMs, and collaborate with cross-border teams to win work and grow key accounts while maintaining high delivery

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multi-million infrastructure programmes.
• Experience building senior client relationships and driving growth.
• Experience leading complex infrastructure commissions and delivery risk.

Responsabilités

• Build senior client relationships and understand client problems to develop practical solutions.
• Develop and deliver a targeted growth strategy for PM services.
• Lead or oversee major infrastructure commissions and manage delivery risk.
• Collaborate across client-side advisory and delivery/Tier 1 environments.
• Grow the PM team and strengthen industry credibility through professional engagement.
