Job summary

TSA Riley Infrastructure is seeking a senior leader to grow our business across the South of England, build strategic client relationships and create new routes to market across our infrastructure services. You will lead the regional business plan, grow strategic accounts and build an effective, motivated team with credible experience in Infrastructure PMO deployment and supporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• Established infrastructure consulting leader with a proven record of growing a regional business or strategic accounts and managing P&L performance.
• Strong knowledge of the South of England infrastructure market and credible senior client networks.
• Experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams with infrastructure PMO deployment and supporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the South regional business plan and agreed P&L targets for revenue, margin and working capital.
• Establish executive relationships with infrastructure clients, asset owners, Tier 1 contractors and delivery partners.
• Lead major pursuits, bids and negotiations, shaping solutions with clients and specialists.
• Build pipeline and cross-sell PM, commercial, project controls and advisory services.
• Create new routes to market through partnerships, frameworks and professional networks.
• Build and motivate a team of professionals with infrastructure programme and PMO experience.
• Take responsibility for regional client relationships, contract management and project delivery performance.
