Job summary

Morgan Philips Group is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive a portfolio of Oracle Cloud and ERP transformation programmes. You will lead multiple projects and workstreams, mentor Programme and Project Managers, and report to senior stakeholders to ensure value delivery.

The role requires strong governance, risk, and delivery controls across complex environments, with a focus on continuous improvement and high-speed delivery.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud and ERP transformation programmes.
• Experience leading large-scale portfolios of projects and programmes with governance and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects aligning with business priorities.
• Oversee full project lifecycle from planning to benefits realisation, controlling scope, schedule, cost and quality.
• Manage a team of Programme and Project Managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Optimise delivery approaches, balance resources, and foster continuous improvement.
