Job summary

Oracle Contractors in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud Program Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable value. You will manage a team of Programme and Project Managers, fostering accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery from planning to benefits realisation, govern scope, schedule, cost, quality and risks, and report to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Oracle Cloud and ERP transformation programmes.
• Proven track record delivering large portfolios of projects and programmes.
• Strong leadership of PMs, Programme Managers and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Expertise in governance, risk management, assurance, reporting and delivery controls.
• Experience delivering business and operational transformation initiatives that support strategic objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management with the confidence to influence senior leaders.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, resources, and priorities across a portfolio.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies.

Required Skills

• Significant experience delivering complex Oracle Cloud and ERP transformation programmes, leading multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios of projects and programmes, ensuring successful delivery, governance, and business outcomes.
• Strong leadership experience managing and developing Project Managers, Programme Managers, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Expertise in programme governance, risk management, assurance, reporting, and delivery controls across complex environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver business and operational transformation initiatives that support strategic objectives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior business and technology leaders.
• Experience managing dependencies, risks, resource constraints, and competing priorities across a portfolio of change activity.
• Deep understanding of project and programme delivery methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proven ability to drive delivery performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to achieve successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills with a focus on collaboration and results.
