Job summary

The Ministry of Justice is expanding its Service Centre, with a two-year fixed-term post focused on readiness for moving probation service lines from regions into the Service Centre, including recruitment, onboarding and training plans. The role is 60% office based, hybrid where business needs allow, but must be worked from the UK.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and track activity moving service lines into the Service Centre.
• Support recruitment activity and onboarding arrangements.
• Coordinate inputs to training plans for staff delivering new service lines.
• Maintain clear plans, actions and governance products.
• Capture, elevate and track dependencies, risks and issues.
• Support readiness for transition.
• Manage regional interfaces with programme leads and stakeholders.
