Job summary

Believ is looking for a Senior Programme Manager to lead a multi-disciplinary build squad delivering every site from design to go-live. You will own the full lifecycle, from connection applications to energisation and handover into operations, reporting to the Regional Build Director.

You will manage contractor teams, ensure safety, quality and timeliness, and coordinate with councils, communities and customers across the North West region.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure or utilities delivery with accountability for programme, cost and quality across a live pipeline of sites.
• Experience leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary teams and managing contractors on site.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energisation of new connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-disciplinary build squad and own delivery of every site from design through energisation.
• Oversee design, connection applications, installation and handover into operations.
• Report to Regional Build Director and manage contractor relationships.
