Job summary

Believ is expanding our delivery squad in Cardiff, leading multi-site infrastructure projects for a leading EV charging network. You will own the day-to-day delivery of your patch, coordinating design, pre-construction, connections, metering, energisation and handover with contractors and internal stakeholders.

You will drive safety, cost control and on-time delivery while maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multi-site infrastructure or utilities delivery.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary specialists and managing contractors on site.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energisation.
• Experience with works in the public highway, including permitting and reinstatement.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site delivery for a patch of sites from build-ready to energisation and handover.
• Own construction and pre-construction reviews to ensure buildability and consent.
• Manage contractor performance, safety, quality and cost against the plan.
• Engage with councils, residents and partners to minimise disruption and deliver on commitments.
