Job summary

Believ, a UK-scale EV charging operator, is seeking a Programme Manager to lead day-to-day delivery across a patch of sites, from build-ready status through energisation and handover to operations. You will report to the Senior Programme Manager and oversee delivery standards, design & pre-construction, and contractor management.

You will manage risks, costs, and coordination with DNOs and local authorities, while engaging communities and ensuring safety, data capture, and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multi-site infrastructure or utilities programmes.
• Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary specialists and managing contractors on site.
• Practical understanding of DNO connection processes and energisation.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of each site in your patch from instruction to energisation and handover.
• Manage risks, issues and costs; escalate where needed and re-plan when necessary.
• Engage with council officers, residents, and stakeholders to reflect consultations on site delivery.
